I swear I may be obsessed by roast cauliflower. I love cauliflower be it steamed; curried or smothered in a cheese sauce. I understand some people don’t. However I urge you to try roast cauliflower – it is incredible. Just preheat the oven to its highest heat, break up the florets of the cauliflower onto a baking tray (you can add some of the tender leaves that hug the florets too); sprinkle with some olive oil; sea salt and pepper – pop in the oven for 20 minutes or until it starts to char – the char is essential! That’s it – I can’t seem to get it to the table without eating it.
I also like to add smoked paprika or cumin before roasting – the sky’s the limit. Enjoy. Xx
